“Tomato and parsley sling”

Tomato and parsley sling

2-1/2  cups tomato (or mixed vegetable) juice

1          small bunch parsley

Worcestershire (or soy) sauce to taste

 

Put the tomato or vegetable juice and parsley in a blender or food processor and blend.  Pour over ice, and season with Worcestershire or soy sauce to taste.

 

With alcohol – Add 1 measure (1-1/2 Tbsp.) vodka per glass.
